Our Last Post…

23 06 2008

This is our last post until we get back from shooting a wedding in Germany.  We are super excited!  We are leaving tomorrow morning for the Schloss Neuburg Castle, which is about three hours south of Munich.  If you click on the Bridal Portraits link on the right side of the page, it will take you Fadime, the bride we are shooting this week.   I promise to get pictures up as soon as we get back.  Maybe even before the jet lag wears off…

We hope everyone has a great week and checks back in with us next week.

Wishing you luck & love,

Jason & Sara

Caroline & Jim’s Wedding – Cocoa Beach, FL

23 06 2008

Sara and I had the pleasure of shooting Caroline and Jim’s wedding at the Lutheran Church of the Resurrection in Cocoa Beach. The ceremony was small, but quaint, with a handful of family and close friends. Later that evening, we caught some gorgeous pictures of them with their two daughters at their house on Tropical Trail. Thanks again for letting us be apart of your special day.

Ranee & Brandon – Trashing the Dress in the Banana River

18 06 2008

Nothing like going for a sunrise dip in the Banana River the morning after your wedding. Ranee and Brandon embraced the situation and it shows in their pictures. Sara and I want to thank them again for trusting us with some of our crazy ideas.

Allison & Bill’s Wedding – Crowne Plaza Melbourne Beach

18 06 2008

Allison and Bill had a very tradtional ceremony at the Eastminster Presbyerian Church in Eau Gallie. Then everyone loosened up at the Crowne Plaza in Melbourne Beach. The ocean front deck made for an incredible back drop for their reception. Things did get a little dark for a while with the “lights out” for the sea turtles, but we managed with candle light and an off-camera video light. When we get back from Germany, we’ll get a slide show up to show you the rest of their wedding.

Lucy & Kyle’s Wedding – Radisson Melbourne Beach

18 06 2008

Finally, after two engagement shoots, we made it to the wedding. Lucy and Kyle are a photogenic couple that love the camera (no, I mean they really love having their picture taken). They were supposed to have an outside ceremony at the Radisson in Melbourne Beach, but the Florida weather was not cooperating with us that day. Luckily, the hotel had a beautiful “back-up” room available just for this situation. Their wedding room had all kinds of crazy lighting that made for some amazing pictures. Enjoy the blog pictures for now and when we get back from Germany we’ll post a slide show to go with this. Thanks again Lucy and Kyle for sharing your day with us.

Kyle & Darrell’s Wedding – Ginn Hammock Beach Resort

5 06 2008

Kyle and Darrell came all the way from Texas to get married at the Ginn Hammock Beach Resort in Palm Coast. The Ginn Hammock provided an absolutely beautiful backdrop for getting married, not to mention their five-star accommodations. Kyle and Darrell’s light-hearted personalities shined throughout the wedding, leading up to the food fight with the wedding cake and ending with a splash in the pool. Click here to check out more from their wedding.

Maribeth & Jimmy’s Wedding – Buena Vista Watersports

5 06 2008

It’s a very small world. When Sara and I showed up to shoot Maribeth and Jimmy’s wedding at Buena Vista Watersports, we both noticed the bride’s dad looked very familiar. The bride’s father was the pastor of a wedding we shot last year. When it was time for his daughter to get married. He passed our name onto his daughter. Which goes to show, you never know who is paying attention or where that next referral might come from. Click here to see their wedding slide show.
